Cannabis & Wasabi Mashed POTatoes

I wanted something similar to the potatoes I get at the Sushi place in Houston, Tx. I always order the vegetarian plate and it comes with these creamy potatoes with a hint of wasabi. I can't find them close to where I live right now so, I made up my own recipe.

Marijuana Mashed Potatoes
with Wasabi and Green Onions
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes or Russett
1 1/2 cups cannabis infused cream
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp wasabi paste
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
boil potatoes until fork tender
drain potatoes
while potatoes are draining, saute' green onion in butter just until softened, stir in cream and add potatoes, sour cream and wasabi.
These potatoes are delicious and have quite a kick. Sometimes I add the green onion after blending for less onion flavor.
