Ganja Granola Bars with Dank Drizzle

If you have a peanut allergy, please substitute the peanuts for any other nut or seed of your choice. In place of the peanut butter, we like Sun Butter

Ganja Granola bars with Dank Drizzle
1/2 cup peanut butter or other nut butter 1/4 cup agave nectar 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tbsp vanilla or almond extract 2 tablespoons cannabis butter 3 tablespoons cannabis milk 2 heaping tablespoons of peanuts or any other nut of choice 1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 1/2 cups granola 1/2 cup rice crisp cereal
Dank Drizzle
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp cannabis butter
Directions:
For the Bars
In a saucepan over low heat, Combine the peanut butter, agave, cocoa powder, cannabis butter and milk by constantly stirring until a uniform consistency is reached. Now add in the peanuts. Cook this peanut butter mixture for 10 minutes on medium. Add vanilla
In a medium sized bowl, add in the granola , flax, and rice crisps. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the grains and stir this mixture until the granola is evenly coated.
Empty the mixture onto a sheet pan covered in wax paper. Let set for 15 minutes Cut to desired size
For the Drizzle
Melt the chocolate chips and cannabis butter in a microwave safe bowl or on the stove in a double boiler stirring often and just until smooth then drizzle the chocolate over the granola bars.
Store in a covered container for up to five days
